Hurren & Hope is proud to be partnering with a leading, fast-growing Artificial Intelligence consultancy who are seeking a data-focussed Business Analyst to join the business on a permanent, full-time basis.

Our client, a data focussed AI & Machine Learning consultancy based in London but offering fully remote working within the UK, are seeking a Business Analyst to assist in the full project lifecycle.

The business has been a success story in recent years, having now grown to just under 100 people and scooping up awards in the Cloud space for their innovative approach to data solutions for their clients.

Now boasting an impressive roster of client projects until the end of the year and beyond, they are on a recruitment drive to continue their growth and realise future ambitions.

The role:

  • Involved at every stage of the project lifecycle – including initial discovery and requirements finding, through to implementation
  • Delivering documentation and acting as a Knowledge hub for their team and end client
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand existing processes and how they use data currently
  • Highlighting and analysing existing data flows within an organisation, using this information to design new ways for the client to improve
  • Deliver knowledge session for internal and external stakeholders
  • Performing data analysis
  • As-is and to-be model development
  • Producing reports based on findings and then making recommendations for further improvement
  • Working alongside Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, the Data Science team etc.

The person:

  • The ability to interpret, analyse, and model data and processes
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • A creative, diverse thinker able to think outside the box to reach a solution
  • Logical minded
  • A good team player!
