HR Administrator

Hurren and Hope are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join one of the fastest-growing organisations based in Stowmarket. This is a full-time, 6-month FTC which has the potential to be extended, paying up to £22,000.
Duties of this HR Administrator role will include:

  • Producing contracts of employment, change and leaver letters
  • Input and maintain employee records on the HR database
  • Assisting with the companies Recruitment
  • Preparing Training and Induction courses for employees
  • Maintain employee holiday and sickness records
  • Ensure information for payroll is processed in a timely manner
  • Attending both internal and external meeting/events may be required

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role
  • Strong communication skills, both via telephone and in person
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and HR policies
  • Good understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook
