C & C++ Developer

Mid-Level C / C++ Developer – Fully Remote within the UK
Hurren & Hope are proud to be working with a leading Cybersecurity organisation delivering Cloud based solutions to organisations across the globe.
They are continuing to scale their operations within the Development, Engineering & Test teams.
This opportunity is for a mid-level Developer proficient in C/C++ to join an existing team supporting and extending a successful portfolio of products, as well as new projects that are in the pipeline.
What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering a wide range of activities across the entire project lifecycle
  • Design complex programs using agreed standards, frameworks and tools to deliver to an excellent standard
  • Work with the testing team to test programs and correct errors
  • Complete all documentation alongside your work, to contribute towards best practice

What we’ll need from you:

  • At least a year mininum commercial experience with C and C++
  • A can-do, enthusiastic personality – keen on collaboration and continuous learning
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good communication skills – teamwork is key in this organisation
  • Proficient with low-level, and middleware coding


  • Cloud experience – AWS or Azure for e.g.
  • DevOps experience
  • C# or Python
  • Knowledge of Git
