Returns Administrator

Hurren and Hope are recruiting for a Returns Administrator to join a well-established client based in Stowmarket on a full-time, permanent basis, paying an annual salary up to £27,500. Your role will be to report and manage returns within the business.

Responsibilities of this Returns Administrator role include:

  • Provide friendly customer services when dealing with customer returns
  • Maintain accurate records using the in-house system
  • Manage returns analysis and report to the production team
  • Follow company policies and procedures and supporting the help desk
  • Manage logistics returns and breakdown of components

Skills and Experience required:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Salesforce (preferable but not essential)
  • Enjoys working as part of a team as well as individually
  • Experience working within production/logistics would be an advantage
