Administrator
Hurren and Hope are proud to be working with an organisation based in Suffolk, within the Agricultural sector. They are seeking an Administrator to join their growing team, on a full-term, permanent basis paying an annual salary up to £22,000. Farming/Argi experience is not essential, however if you have a passion or interest in these industries, it may be beneficial.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing the very best customer experience within a demanding and fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude are a must have, the rest can be trained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting existing clients with their business needs including securing new deals for a range of products and services.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, busy environment and be part of a growing team.
- Provide administrative support and assist with maintaining records, inputting data and placing orders through the system.
- Dealing with general enquiries via telephone and email.
Skills required:
- Previous experience working in a busy, customer service environment and enjoys speaking with customers, building a professional rapport.
- Confident, motivated and keen to learn new skills.
- Strong administrative and Microsoft Office knowledge.
