Our client is a leading player in the Fintech industry on a mission to improve the UK’s financial health. Now scaling up, it is an exciting time to join the organisation, our client is looking for passionate people to join their award-winning team. You will be a part of the engineering team, supporting the delivery of multiple key projects to expand their ethical lending products. This role is or remote or hybrid, 2/3 days a week based in Mayfair if you are based in London.
  
Ideally, you will have experience of working in a start-up environment, delivering technical projects in a regulated environment.  
  
Responsibilities:

• Scope projects across multiple teams
• Effectively communicate project status
• Manage project risk
• Actively seek out and resolve multi-functional and business issues
• Analyse data and report to management and others.

 Experience:

• Proven past in technical and engineering project delivery.
• Effective decision-maker – balances risks and benefits for the overall good of the business.
• Data analysis experience.

Skills: 

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or similar technical field, or equivalent.
• Effective presentation, oral, and written business interpersonal skills with various audiences and levels.
• Strong background in system implementation project management using proven software development techniques.
