A founder, CTO, engineering leader or talent lead who is growing a technology team in London, New York or San Francisco. If they need engineers, AI and data people, product or go-to-market hires, we can help.
They get a recruiter who shares the risk: our fee is 20% of base salary and they can pay it monthly through Pay While They Stay, with the payments stopping if their hire leaves.

What is Grow the Network?
It is our referral scheme: refer a friend, you both win. Introduce us to someone scaling a technology team, and when we place a candidate with them you choose your thank you.
What rewards can I choose?
Keep it: £500 paid to you as cash or an Amazon voucher, or £1,000 credit off your own next placement fee. Share it: £250 each for you and the person you introduced, £500 off each of your next hires with us, or a £500 donation to a charity you nominate.
When do I get my reward?
On a successful placement with the person or company you introduced. We confirm the moment your introduction arrives, so you know it has reached us.
How do I make an introduction?
Pick your reward, then send the pre-written introduction email to your contact. We are copied in automatically, so you do not need to do anything else.
Does my contact have to use Hurren & Hope?
No. The introduction email says it plainly: no obligation at all. We simply get in touch and see if we can help.
Can I give my reward to charity?
Yes. Choose the charity option and nominate a charity. We donate £500 and send you proof of payment.
Can I share the reward with the person I introduced?
Yes. You can split it, with £250 each, or choose £500 off each of your next hires with us if you both hire.
